Sabum Jason CY Tan is a 5^th Dan Black Belt under the wings of Grandmaster Daniel ST Ong in Malaysia. 

As a graduate in Computer Science & Information Technology, Sabum Jason CY Tan is in charge of all IT solutions of ITC in addition to work as a special assistant to the Founding Chairman.  He is also the webmaster in charge of all of ITC’s website design, construction, and maintenance.

Sabum Jason CY Tan is also a passionate Taekwondo instructor who has founded his own dojang operation to train many medal winning students in the local competitions in addition to working as a software engineer for a global logistic company in the management and control of its warehouse automation logistic.  Sabum Jason CY Tan’s professionalism in his field has earned him numerous career awards since he joined the work force more than a decade ago.

Sabum Jason CY Tan is a member of the Founding Core Group (FCG) who has co-founded the International Taekwondo Confederation in 2020 and is the Treasurer who also takes charge as Director and Co-Directors of a few Boards in the Board of Directors
