International Taekwondo Confederation, or in short the “ITC”, is founded amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Like a child born in hardship, ITC was conceived unexpectedly over unanimous consensus among a few martial art comrades when I fell into a nutshell in the previous organization.  Together, we envision an organization free of encumbrances and is able to soar to the sky where the limit lies with its members.

While a lot of martial arts organizations are suffering from the impact of lockdown and social distancing, the concept of ITC evolved from “nothing” to a conceivable reality, from Mission Impossible to Mission Possible, from Mark Ruffalo to the Incredible Hulk.  We are more than thankful to those who stand by us in the founding of ITC, your support, respect, and loyalty are the reason I am writing this preface for our Home tab.

Citing a phrase from the Mission Statement in our Constitution, ITC is founded “by Pioneer Grandmaster, grandmasters, senior masters, masters, and devoted Taekwondo martial art practitioners to provide true knowledge and to promote mastery of skills with passion and devotion while insuring proficiency in teaching the value of morality through words and deeds”, this surely includes the respect and loyalty you demonstrate not just to us, but to the world of who we are and what is our value being martial artists.

International Taekwondo Confederation intends to be a Martial Arts Solution Provider (MASP) platform with special emphasis in teaching and practising the principles of the Traditional Taekwondo passed down by the late founder of Taekwondo, General Choi Hong Hi, to enrich the lives of its members and practitioners by learning and teaching the original techniques as one is taught by his/her mentor and/or instructor and/or senior and passes to his/her student and/or junior.  Through the execution of original traditional Taekwondo techniques, the teaching and learning of moral value as martial artists, the knowledge and skill of business practices, the pursuit of martial arts and academic credentials through recognition and accreditation of martial training, to qualify and enable the transfer of credit from rank degree to academic degree, the ITC seeks to design and develop a legendary organization structured and constructed on the knowledge and experience of the co-founders from combat and sport Taekwondo background who passionately strive in their lives as the true Taekwondo martial artists to meet the challenge of the world today.

International Taekwondo Confederation is multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-lingual, and multi-national while gearing towards building an unique and unmatched multi-disciplinary martial arts solution platform built on the core of Taekwondo with a business model beneficial to all its members via sharing of resources.  It is an organization founded by the members for its members under the leadership of some top notched martial arts, business, & educational professionals with great minds sharing the same vision as martial artists.
